How long does it take to receive an order?

Something unique about our business is that we make your items to order! That means you're receiving a unique item made by our in-house production team just for you. Your order will need up to 5-7 business* days for production before leaving our warehouse. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin production on the following business* day. When your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping time is additional and varies per carrier. 

*Business days exclude federal holidays and weekends.

  • All orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the following business day.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
  • Remember, production time is not shipping time!
  • Please double check your information before submitting your order!
  • Shipping time is additional and varies per carrier.

What are your customer service hours?
We are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST. Please email us at questions@campus-classics.com and we will respond within 1 business day.

During the holidays, we are also available for customer service inquiries on Saturdays beginning with the first Saturday before Thanksgiving through the last Saturday before Christmas from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST.

How can I check on the status of an order I placed?
Log in to your Campus Classics account anytime to check on your order! 

My order says it is "Awaiting Fulfillment"; when will I get it?
This means that your order is in the process of being made by our in-house production team. Some items have a longer lead time to fulfillment, like our hockey jerseys.

How are items shipped?
Most orders go out through FedEx or UPS ground and a small amount through USPS. We're not responsible for USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping delays.

My package was returned because the address was invalid?

Packages can come back to its original sender if the address is not correct. We try our best to prevent incorrect addresses, but if we receive yours back, we will contact you for a new address. We will reship each order one time for no additional charge, but if it comes back to us again, you are responsible for the shipping fee. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days, you will be refunded for the cost of your items (this does not include shipping).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer International Shipping to Canada. Duties, fees, and taxes may still apply. Rush Shipping is not available for international orders.
Please note: buyer is responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs.

You can download our printed order form here. If you can’t print our order form, you can hand write your order on a separate sheet of paper. Please include your name, address, and phone number. Please also include the item number and/or name and the size you want.

What if my order comes damaged or incorrect?
If your item(s) come damaged or incorrect, please email us at questions@campus-classics.com with your name, order number, and a picture to verify, and we'll issue you a return label. We want to make your order right!
 

What is the return and exchange policy?

Product returns and exchanges are allowed on a per-product basis. Please check the product page, under the product description, to determine whether the product is eligible for return and/or exchange. Most of the products we sell are made-to-order once an order has been placed on our website. Please check our FAQ's and return/exchange policy for more details.

Returns:

For items that are eligible for return, the item(s) MUST be returned within 30 days of receipt of order. If the order is placed between November 1st and December 31st, you have up to 60 days from date of purchase to return this item for store credit. Any returned items cannot be worn, washed, or damaged. Personalized items (this includes “Pick Your Colors” items and anything with names or initials) and Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returned packages MUST have the original order number included either on the package itself, or on a piece of paper inside of the package. Any returned packages without the original order number will NOT be refunded.

All returns will be refunded to you in the form of a gift card code that may be used at any future point on campus-classics.com without an expiration date. This gift card code will be sent to you via email. Please treat this gift card code as if it were cash. Once we issue you a gift card code, we are unable to see the full code in our system, so do not lose it! The amount issued does not include shipping. You will need to cover the cost of shipping your return or exchange back to us using the shipping method of your choice. Discount codes aren’t valid for returns or exchanges.

We cannot claim responsibility for the condition in which your return/exchange arrives back to us. Please ensure your return is properly packaged and insured as necessary.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we have received it.

Exchanges:

For items that are eligible for exchange please visit our returns/exchange page for more details and to accesses our return/exchange form. Replacement:

We may, at our sole discretion, choose to exchange an item for an exact replacement if there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake we have made. If you believe the product you received is defective or we have made some kind of mistake, please email us at questions@campus-classics.com along with photos of the product received and a description of the issue. Once reviewed, if we are able to allow an exchange for an exact replacement of what you ordered, we will issue you a return authorization number and a return shipping label so that we may get the product back and ship out an exact replacement to you.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your replacement once we have received it. This does not include production and ship time of the replacement item.

Can I come to your location to shop or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront for customers to visit. Our staff is only equipped to handle phone calls and emails.

How do the sizes run?
Because we’re an online store, we try our best to make our items run true to size. Many of our items have a size chart included on the product's page. We've made a generic size chart for those products that don't have a chart included.

Do you have items available in sizes that are not posted like Small or XXXL?
All available sizes are posted online, including clearance items. We are constantly working to expand our sizing options for products! Some items are available in size 3X and many items are available in size small.

Can I have an item custom made?
Absolutely! We have another website for custom orders here. Browse our design vault for ideas and contact our team to get an order started! You can email our custom team at custom@campus-classics.com for any inquiries, questions, and orders. The minimum for custom orders is 24 pieces.

What should I do if I didn’t receive an email for my order confirmation?
If you have your confirmation number, you can rest assured your order has been received. You can log in to your account and check on it. The email may have been sent to your spam filter.

I'm trying to order a Clearance item, but I'm having trouble ordering my size.
If your size isn't listed, it's sold out. We don't restock or remake clearance items so if you see your size and want it, buy it before someone else does! Clearance items aren't eligible for return or exchange.
